1. I did not receive any confirmation message.

If you did not receive a confirmation message, please check your spam and junk E-mail folders. In case you do not find them there, it is possible that you incorrectly submitted the order or an error occurred in our system. In this case, please contact us and we will look into the problem and come back to you as soon as possible.

2. I ordered POSTE RESTANTE and the package still hasn't been delivered yet.

If you ordered POSTE RESTANTE, the package will not be delivered to your address nor will you receive any notice about the delivery in your letterbox. You have to collect your package personally. You need to go to the counter of the post office you've chosen, have your identity card with you and tell them you are expecting a package delivered to your name.

3. Can I personally collect my order?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. We only deliver by post.

4. I paid more than what was said, you charged me the postage.

Orders for 200 EUR or more are shipping costs free. For the shipping costs for orders below 200 EUR you pay 9.9 EUR. You also pay the additional expenses of the money transfer, calculated after the valid price list of the post office. The total amount that is charged to you is stated on the package. In case we mistakenly overcharged you with shipping costs, please contact us and we will refund the price difference.
